Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Return Policy Overview
  • We accept returns for non-defective products (buyer’s remorse) within 14 days from the date of delivery; we must be notified within 3 days of delivery (unless otherwise noted).

  • Defective or damaged items may also be returned under special conditions (see below).

  1. Eligibility & Product Condition
  • Returned items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Items that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts may not be accepted.

  1. Return Process / Method
  • To initiate a return, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA/RGA) within 3 days of delivery via our returns department (email: ShopnSaveUShelp@gmail.com).

  • Once approved; You may either:
     • Ship via carrier of your choice (at your expense), we recommend using a carrier that will provide tracking.

  • Returns should be shipped back within 14 business days of delivery.

  1. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
  • For returns due to customer change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • We may charge a restocking fee of $25 for non-defective returns.

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, incorrect item), we will cover return shipping and restock fees.

  1. Refund Timing
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receipt of product/s.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

  1. Defective or Damaged Items / Errors / Shortages
  • Notify us within 3 business days upon receipt if the item is damaged, defective, or items are missing.

  • Provide photos of damage / defect, and retain the original packaging for carrier claims.

  • We will issue replacements or full refunds (including shipping) once validated.

  1. Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items
  • The following items cannot be returned:
     • Closeout or clearance/Sales items marked “non-returnable”
     • Items with broken seals/open packaging
     • Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive goods
     • Biologicals (unless expired/outdated per manufacturer policy)
     • Special-order or drop-shipped items

  • This list is not exhaustive; if an item is non-returnable, we will note this on the product page.

  1. Exceptions & Special Cases
  • Some items (e.g. “Guaranteed Sale” products) may have unique return terms (e.g. 90-day returns if unsold), which will be explicitly stated on the product or invoice.

  • If manufacturer policy supersedes, those terms will apply (we will disclose when that is the case).

  1. Policy Accessibility & Consistency
  • This policy is posted publicly on our website (accessible without login).

  • The same policy is used across our site, product pages, footer, and Merchant Center configurations.

  • In Merchant Center, we use the “default” return policy label unless exceptions apply.
